JAN MAREK KANT
Applicant
THE AUSTRALIAN INFORMATION COMMISSIONER
Respondent
To: The Australian Information Commissioner
I, Jan Marek Kant, give notice, under subsection 98(1) of the Evidence Act 1995, that I intend to adduce evidence of the occurrence of 2 or more related events to prove that, because of the improbability of the events occurring coincidentally, the Applicant in this proceeding may have a particular state of mind.
Evidence required
- 26 Feb 2024 Affidavit enclosing “JMK-32”.
- pp. 43-46 “JMK-13” and pp. 17 — 18 “JMK-27”, noting content.
- pp. 3,4, 16-18 “JMK-27” and p. 4 “JMK-36”, especially noting timestamps.
- pp. 141 — 148 “JMK-35”, p. 4 “JMK-36″ and “JMK-38”.
- pp. 8— 10 “JMK-36” and “JMK-39″.
Evidence to establish improbability
- It is intuitively improbable that events as seen in the evidence occurred coincidentally.
- The Applicant in this proceeding has reason to believe the Federal Court to be “screwing” with him.
